AI Service Planning & Operations Specialist Recruitment

- Discover and plan internal/external AI services and process automation initiatives

- Validate AI service PoC and operational results, evaluate quality, and drive continuous improvement

- Operate internal AI services/tools and promote AX (AI Transformation) adoption through AI usage guidelines and training

- 5+ years of experience in IT service or system planning

- Strong communication and coordination capabilities to analyze/structure requirements and collaborate with development teams

- Hands-on practical experience in planning, PoC, validation, and operation of AI-based features or services

- Understanding of utilization methodologies and technical limitations of core AI technologies (LLM, RAG, AI Agent, etc.)

- Experience building or operating Golden Sets (Evaluation Sets) for AI service quality validation

- Experience in AI service projects utilizing RAG or AI Agents

- Experience in AX/DX (AI/Digital Transformation) or business automation projects

- Experience in planning internal enterprise systems or B2B/corporate services

- Proven track record of improving actual business processes using AI services and automation tools
