System(Infrastructure) Senior Administrator Recruitment

- 1. Integrated infrastructure (On-Premise/Cloud) and network management

- Integrated management of multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, etc.) and operation and management of physical servers and network equipment in the in-house data center

- Design and standardization of infrastructure and network architecture with service scalability and stability in mind

- 2. Infrastructure spec review, cost optimization and maintenance vendor management

- Review of specs/quotes and validation of adoption for server/network equipment and cloud resources

- Promote FinOps and cost efficiency to reduce infrastructure TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)

- Manage partners such as ISP, CDN, and HW/SW suppliers, and review contracts/SLA

- 3. IaC and infrastructure operations automation

- Integrated management of cloud accounts and strengthening of Security/Compliance

- Build an automation environment based on IaC (Infrastructure as Code) and establish a standard operating framework

- 4. Advancement of CI/CD pipelines and the DevOps framework

- Expand the CI/CD (Jenkins, etc.) environment and automate deployment across game services and common systems

- Improve collaboration processes between development and operations teams and ensure deployment quality

- 5. Monitoring, log centralization and CDN management

- Secure visibility by building a log centralization platform (ELK, Loki, etc.) and advance AI-based incident alerting/AIOps framework

- Design multi-CDN for global game services, and traffic distribution and cost optimization

- Experienced in management and operations, with 7+ years of hands-on experience in the IT infrastructure field

- Experienced in hands-on DevOps, SRE, and CloudOps work

- Experienced in designing/operating integrated architecture of cloud (AWS, GCP, etc.) and on-premise (servers, network)

- Capable of infrastructure equipment spec review, cost optimization, and management of partners (MSP/network/CDN/telecom carriers, etc.)

- Experienced in leading infrastructure automation projects using IaC and CI/CD tools

- Experienced in operating infrastructure in large-scale service or global traffic environments

- Experienced in operating game server infrastructure or large-scale distributed systems

- Experienced in building/operating container orchestration environments such as Docker and Kubernetes

- Experienced in adopting AI-based monitoring (AIOps) or centralized log analysis platforms

- Possessing smooth communication skills with other departments and a proactive problem-solving attitude
