IR Manager  Recruitment

- Planning, writing, and distributing investor communication materials, including quarterly/annual earnings announcements and financial reports.

- Supporting IR strategies through financial analysis and market and shareholder analysis (shareholder structure, institutional investor trends, etc.).

- Support for conducting meetings and conference calls with international shareholders, institutional investors, and analysts

- Managing and updating external communication channels, including IR webpages, public disclosures, and press releases.

- Cooperating with relevant internal departments to facilitate and respond to IR activities.

- Fluent English communication (written and spoken) is essential.

- Financial analysis and comprehension skills are essential.

- Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.

- Candidates with experience in Disclosure / IR are preferred.

-  Graduates from overseas universities are preferred for fluent English communication.
