- Over 8 years of practical experience in related fields or experience leading similar projects

- Completed military service or exempted, with no impediments to overseas business travel

- Experience in implementing AI-based monitoring or AIOps solutions

- Experience in integrated operation of multi-cloud/hybrid cloud environments

- Experience in operating game server infrastructure or large-scale distributed systems
